Each rank increases the limit for each of the following:
- Base claim blocks limit: increase the size of player owned land
- Properties limit: increase the number of rentable properties the player can own
- Highest property type: the highest tier of rentable property the player can own
- Retainer hire limits: increase the number of retainers the player can hire
